DO NOT BUY! : Discovery Kids Indoor/Outdoor Play Tent.
I don't normally review products, but this is such a horrible product that I felt others needed to know. We have twin 1 year old girls and received this tent as a gift for their birthday. We were very excited as we were sure they would love the tent and the tunnel. The tent did not survive setting it up the first time. The poles kinked in half. We are very disappointed in the quality of this product. I would not buy any products by Discovery Kids!
I called the support line on the instructions to see if they could send us a replacement pole for the one that broke. The only way to get replacement parts is to box all the parts up and ship them back and they will send you a replacement. This of course will cost as much or more than simply purchasing a new tent.
This is by far the worst kids product we have owned as far as quality. The support policies of MerchSource (the company that distributes the product) are very disappointing.
We did receive another tent for their birthday which they love and has held up wonderfully. It is the [[ASIN:B000PTRUEK Pacific Play Tents One Touch Tent-Primay Colored No.20310]]. Don't Waste your time on the Discovery Kids Product! The Pacific Play One Touch Tent folds up into a small bag and has metal poles. It has been a wonderful product to use.
Hopefully this review helps someone else and prevents everyone from buying the inferior products being distributed by Discovery Kids and MerchSource!
